Spend your summer relaxing at the Maradela Estate Pool, a spacious outdoor oasis open to the public seven days a week. With sparkling water, plenty of seating, freshly made food, and a full bar serving cocktails and mocktails, it’s the perfect place to unwind, cool off, and enjoy time with family and friends.

(3 and under are free) -
10‑Visit Pass: $75

These 10 visits can be split or shared however you like between family and friends (example 2 people can come 5 times or 5 people can come twice)

You can rent the pavilion on its own, or pair it with pool access for a full summer experience. You can utilize our catering services or bring in outside catering with pavilion rental.
Looking for a simple, budget‑friendly way to celebrate? You can rent individual pavilion tables during public pool hours and enjoy the space without booking a private event. Guests simply pay regular pool admission, and you get a designated area for food, gifts, and gathering.

Do you have to be a resident of Broadview Heights?

No, it is open to the public.

Can I bring in outside food or beverages?

No. All food and beverages must be purchased at the venue, with the exception of a private pavilion rental.

Is there a lifeguard on duty?

Yes. Please follow all lifeguard instructions. Nobody is permitted in the pool when the lifeguard is on break.

Can I bring my own chair or a blanket?

Yes. However, please keep chairs and belongings in the grassy area next to the pavilion or behind the pool-house.

Are changing rooms available?

Yes we have changing rooms on site.

1. Anyone with symptoms of illness and temperature of 100.4 degrees For higher will not be permitted to enter.
2. No outside food or alcohol permitted on premises at any time.

3. No food allowed in pool area4. No pets allowed on premises.5. Diapered swimmers must wear swim diapers
6. No loud music
7. No glass allowed on the pool deck at anytime
8. No pool floats or noodles allowed except for personal floatation devices for inexperienced swimmers.
9. Supervise your children at all times.
10. Children are strongly encouraged to wear rubber-soled pool shoes while swimming as a protective footwear to prevent "pool toe" which is a result of the chlorinated water causing irritation/peeling to the outer layer of plantar skin.
11. Children under 14 should be accompanied by an adult
12. No diving! No running or horseplay.
13. No wheeled vehicles allowed in pool area except wheel chairs
14. No Graffiti
15. First come first serve if our pool limit is reached you may be turned away.
16. Do NOT share personal items such as goggles, snorkels or nose clips
17. Keep walkways clear. Do not sit, stand or otherwise block walkways
18. Do not move pool chair placement-ask an attendant for help
19. Any items left behind will be discarded daily
20. Do not socialize with lifeguard on duty
21. The life guards decision is final
22. Failing to follow these rules may result in you being too asked you to leave and forfeit any remaining time of your swim session
23. Pool will be closed or partially closed on some days due to private parties. A schedule will be posted when there is a short day at the pool. Please also monitor the FB page. No partial refunds will be given on these shorter days.
24. No Refunds will be issued for the following because of weather changes (thunderstorms, rain, cloudy days, etc.)
25. Season Bundles are not transferable to next year. Please use them all this year.
We reserve the right to refuse entry at our discretion.26. I acknowledge that the lawn directly behind the event center is for the private use of event guests and pool patrons are to stay around the pool and pavilion area only.
